There should be a receipt in your inbox with the «Report a problem» button. Please contact Apple support team about the refund as all the payments are regulated by them and they'll help you.
You can contact Google support team from the Google Play’s Subscription section.
There was an automatic debit from my card for Rs.419/- on the 2nd of May 2019, towards subscription. However, this subscription was not recognised by the app. Further, I have made a payment of Rs.370/- on 3rd May 2019 for the subscription. Hence, please refund Rs.419/-.
Google has asked me to report to your website.
