On iPhone, backups are made automatically. To see them: Settings → “Backups”. The screen is available starting from version 6.13.1.
If your data is gone, send us a backup and we will help restore it. You cannot roll back to a backup yourself in the app — restoring is done by us.
Which backup to send
Preferably one from the “Protected backups” section, marked “Before full download”. Such a backup is taken automatically right before the app downloads data from the server, so it holds the state from seconds before that.
Open the backup you need and choose “Share backup file” — you can send it by email, through Files or AirDrop. If it says “In iCloud — tap to download”, tap it first and wait for the download to finish.
Backups are only available after you sign in. This is deliberate: otherwise anyone holding your phone could get to them.
On Android there are no backups yet — data is kept in the app and on the server.
