AppGallery subscription: what has changed

Moneon has been removed from sale in AppGallery, and subscriptions purchased there no longer renew automatically.

Cancel auto-renewal in AppGallery

This matters most. Otherwise Huawei will keep charging you, while Premium will no longer arrive from those charges. Cancelling does not take away what you have already paid for: the current period runs to its end.

AppGallery → “Me” section → your profile photo at the top → Account Center → “Payments and purchases” → “Subscriptions” → Moneon → “Cancel subscription”.

If Premium disappeared or never arrived

Email us at support@moneon.co from the address of your Moneon account and we will restore your access manually. If you have a screenshot of the subscription screen in AppGallery, please attach it — that shows us your paid period right away.

When your paid period ends

Write to us and we will suggest an option that works in your country. Buying Premium inside the AppGallery build is no longer possible.

Your data and history in the app stay intact.
