How to cancel the subscription?

Cancelling stops future charges. You keep Premium until the end of the period you have already paid for, and that money is not refunded — that is a separate process, see “How to get a refund?”.

iPhone

Settings → your name at the top → “Subscriptions” → Moneon → “Cancel Subscription”.

Android (Google Play)

Google Play → “Subscriptions” → Moneon → “Cancel subscription”.

Huawei AppGallery

AppGallery → “Me” section → your profile photo at the top → Account Center → “Payments and purchases” → “Subscriptions” → Moneon → “Cancel subscription”.

If our support team set up your subscription, there is nothing to cancel — it does not renew automatically. Email us at support@moneon.co if you have any questions.
