A refund for a charge that has already gone through is handled by the store you paid through. Cancelling a subscription and getting a refund are different things: cancelling stops future charges but does not return money for the period already paid.
App Store (iPhone)
Open reportaproblem.apple.com and sign in with your Apple ID. Find the purchase and choose “Report a Problem”. Apple makes the decision.
Google Play (Android)
Open play.google.com/store/account, find the purchase in your history and request a refund. If there is no refund button, contact Google Play support.
Huawei AppGallery
Open AppGallery → your profile photo at the top → “Purchases” → find the order → choose refund. Refunds for AppGallery are handled by Huawei.
If our support team set up your subscription
The store does not see that payment, so a refund through the store is not possible — we warn about this when setting it up. Email us at support@moneon.co and we will see what can be done.
If something does not work, email support@moneon.co and we will help.

There was an automatic debit from my card for Rs.419/- on the 2nd of May 2019, towards subscription. However, this subscription was not recognised by the app. Further, I have made a payment of Rs.370/- on 3rd May 2019 for the subscription. Hence, please refund Rs.419/-.
Google has asked me to report to your website.
Hi Suren!
All the payments are fully regulated by Google Play as we don't have your card info and don't send you any kinds of receipts. Please send their answer to support@moneon.co and we'll help you. Thanks!
